Plus: easy transfer from Geneva, great snow, modern fast ski lifts, ski to the door, good ski schools, cracking off piste, lots of runs for all levels. Great restaurants (White Grouse, Perdrix Noire) VERY cheap outside the school hols, but isn't everywhere these days... Minus: exposed to bad weather so lifts get shut down, normal problems with ignorant twits jumping the lift queues at busy times. can be a bit pricy to eat on piste, but hey, its France.

The Titlis is a demanding mountain, but the scenery and skiing is just fantastic. The pistes are very quite through the week and very busy through the weekend. There are so many different options on the mountain, steeps, couloirs, massive ***s if that is your thing. The Jochpass area provides easily accessible off piste. A very pretty resort nestled amongst beautiful mountains. Low, but when the snow's good offering a good range of runs. Skiing could be more testing, but if you cover the runs in surrounding resorts there's plenty to go at. Black 23 (Steinberkogel Lift) was very enjoyable as usual, but the best skiing/boarding in the area still remains at the other end of the valley at Pass Thurn and is definately worth a look if you haven't been before.
