Top-rated ski resort reviews

I have gone to a lot of ski-resorts in Europe but Lech and Zurs are probably the best. Lech offers 5 star service with extra friendly people. The skiing is excellent if not the most difficult. The lift system is a dream with little or no queue's anywhere. None of the pretence you may get in some French resorts. Except from ski and snowboard, Lech and Zurs have good night-life and also very nice restaurants. I hope next year to go there again.

Great snow at the moment, although La Rosiere suffers a bit from freeze/thaw as in the sun all day although this means it's very warm some days, even in January. Take good sun protection if you are going in March! La Thuille, had a bit less snow but colder, and the snow was in better condition, as in the shade a lot more. My girlfriend and I stayed in Petit Chatel for new years eve. We had a great time in Chatel - new years eve was a real buzz. My girlfriend is a professional skier and is skiing for the England Team. She too enjoyed the good snow at Chatel this year and the views from the apartment we stayed in were fantastic.
