The small town of La Thuile sits at the bottom of a steep climb up to the main pistes. The slopes next to the upper town are for learners but the travel couriers organise fun nights there as well. We visited with Crystal and had a great night organised by them sliding down on "frying pans" in long snakes of riders. Of course, the booze and food helped. Lermoos is voor ons het plekje om ons hart op te halen in de winter, maar ook in de zomer. ik ga al sinds 1992 naar lermoos op wintersport, je kan er nog echt in de vrije natuur genieten van zowel blauwe tot rode pistes . er is ook een zwarte piste, en die is haar kleur waardig , niet lang , maar goed. misschien gaat de vergevorderde skieér vinden dat het er niet zoveel te bieden heeft , maar er wordt oogluikend toegekeken als men de piste verlaat, indien men zich met een beetje…

I stayed in Flims over Chrismas and New Year 2006/07 with my wife and 4 year old daughter. The snow wasn't fantasic and at least 50% of runs were closed. However, we all had a fantastic time. The ski school was fantastic with our daughter and still managed to find suitable runs to keep her occupied on her first ski trip. Whilst there was little or no off piste availble, the resort managed the pistes well and used the snow canons whenever the temperature ped sufficiently. In addition to…
