We discovered this little known village 4 years ago and since then it's popularity has risen rapidly as the skiing is superb, the villagers welcoming, the views are stunning and with the introduction of the new 8 man high speed cable car, very accessable. We visited Soll last year and stayed at the Hotel Sport Modlinger. This Hotel is situated at the bottom end of the village and there is a ski bus to the Ski School meeting point. The Sport Modlinger is pretty basic 2/3 star but the food was nice and the staff are very friendly. The village is a charming little place with enough to keep a family interested.
