Random ski resort reviews

Had my best skiing holiday ever, during the first week of February 2008. It was our first time to visit Zell am Zee, and we were very impressed. It's a beautiful area, great town, loads of restaurants and bars, plenty of shopping and facilities, and skiing was great. A lot of the easier blue and red runs are at the top of the mountain, where you can pick and choose which runs suit you. We will definitely return to Zell and Crazy Daisys for apres-ski!!!

The skiing and snowboarding terrain at Lech and Zurs is excellent; there are open powder fields, endless off piste opportunities, steep mogul fields and seemingly never ending wide linked groomed trails and gentle beginner areas. The lift system is fast and efficient transporting crowds up and out of both villages very quickly. Lech and Zurs are lift linked to the neighbouring resorts of St Anton and St Christoph. Zermatt is een prachtige wintersportplaats! Een super skigebied met veel mooie rode pistes (ook wat blauwe voor de minder geoefende skiërs) en prachtige vergezichten! Het gezellige dorp heeft mooie winkels, heerlijke restaurants en een super uitstraling. Après-ski doe je vooral op de dalafdalingen naar het dorp. In het dorp zijn wel wat leuke tentjes maar daar ga je niet snel in skikleding naar toe. Matterhorn skiparadise en de doorsteek naar Breuil-Cervinia zijn geweldig!…
