Natural snow depths were way below-average, but a good covering of manmade from their many snowguns meant roughly two-thirds of all slopes remained open during the week. I have worked in kitzbuhel before in the 2001/2002 season, I must say it is a good resort, with good apres, espeically the holzl and the londoner. I must point out though, the area is more for intermediate skiers and boarders. I am a boarder and I found most of it very flat and the only place that was worth going for advaced boarders was pass thurn, on a powder day this is where you wanted to be. eating out was good with the mexican a favourite for the seasonnaires and guests.
