Great resort. I came here in February and I enjoyed it so much I came back in April. Everything was challenging: the snow park (very fun!!), the wall (do it on a sunny day) and venturing into Chatel, Les Crossets, and Champery. The good thing about it is that there are so many runs that are never busy and I went in half-term. Also the snow was good. Down low it got quite slushy but up high it was amazing. The skiing was brilliant. After 3 days we were initially bored, but then we discovered the glacier across the valley (we hadn't done our homework!) and the run down to Ponti de legno. It was great for us intermediates, with beautiful fast reds and the odd black just to rein you back in. Our only gripe was that we brought a beginner snowboarder with us as the ski map showed reds all the way down but we encountered an intersection with only black runs off it. He got down it in one though…
