Campitello di Fassa is a lovely resort part of the Sella Ronda. This is such a great skiing area which is too vast to cover in a week, we would be quite happy to come back to do the rest. The area is very suitable for intermediates. It has nice wide slopes with fantastic scenery. The Apras ski is fairly quiet, although one or two bars do get busy.

Vaujany is a great ski resort. It is part of the Grandes Rousse ski area which consists of other ski resorts (Alpe dHuez, Auris en Oisans, Villard Reculas and Oz en Oisans). You can either buy the Visalp pass which lets you go everywher from lEversin (1100m) to Pic Blanc (3330m) Or if you prefer or can buy the Vaujany ski pass hih lets you go all the way to the top of Dome des Rouss (2850m) thank to 2 large cable car lifts.By the way Oz en Oisans is next door to Vaujany, IT IS…

Les Houches is an excellent resort for families, it has big wide slopes, not busy, very little queuing, if any and a good mix of runs so beginners and intermediates get a challenge and a men's downhill black run. The scenery is quite fantastic. The town is quiet, but we've found restaurants we like, enough for a couple of night's out. Nearby Chamonix provides more apres ski activities. Lift pass includes bus to the lifts so not too much walking in your ski boots.
