Les Menuires reviews

Just returned from a week in Les Menuires - not the prettiest of resorts and indeed the whole resort is split over a large area - but for skiing or snowboarding in our case - we could not have had better conditions. Piste bashers worked hard every night and indeed conditions were perfect - had a good downfall of snow mid week - which gave the ultimate conditions. If there was a downside to the resort, I would say that it was not a perfect resort for beginners - either ski or board. Most runs can be quite steep in places for the first timer - the limited green runs would pass as taxing blue runs in most other European resorts and the blue runs would pass as reds.
