Valmeinier reviews

Valmeinier has enough skiing with the link to Valloire for most appetites and is very pretty. The skiing is good and there is enough for all but the most enthusiastic of mile cruncher. The pistes colour coding was ‘interesting’ with Reds as easy as Greens and all similar to the Blues. The Blacks were few and far between but challenging. If I had a serious complaint about the resort it would be that final run back to the base area, this always being crowded, cut up and was in poor condition due the number of people of very different standards using it. I would not recommend to anyone who has been to larger resorts, or who has a larger budget - you can get better skiing in the pur
