Het enigste wat irritant is zijn de nederlandse jongeren die eigenlijk alleen maar goed kunnen zuipen, een grote bek op de piste hebben en zonder kennis van de skiregels menigeen ondersteboven skien. Hintertux...what a place! In my view the best glacier resort in Europe. Modern and fast lift system, Piste in great condition and cheap places to eat. The real secret is the off piste! Just below the glacier line in the winter there is a huge off piste bowl ( some of it marked as "schiroute" marked off piste ) and no body skis it! Leogang did not disappoint. Although virtually unknown, it's really the thinking man's way into the Saalbach Hinterglemm Ski Circus, with most of its slopes north facing, well covered by artificial snow and a village untouched by mass Alpine tourism.You don't get any of those 10 am village queue bottlenecks, like going up to the Bernkogel out of Saalbach, nor do you get too much problem with south facing, slushy slopes like those you'll find on the Kohlmaiskopf or Reiterkogel.
