Het ski gebied amade heeft alles om een geslaagde skivakantie te krijgen, zowel voor beginners als gevordenen, vrij vervoer met de skibus naar alle skigebieden in sportwelt amade. Het salzburgerland krijgt alle lof voor zijn service. Ik hoop dat meer mensen dit gaan ondekken,een aanrader dus!!! Prachtige omgeving! De beste hotels zitten in Alpendorf, direct bij de skiliften en ze hebben zojuist een nieuwe 4 persoons lift erbij geopend, hotel Sonnhof is een aanrader net als Alm…

OK, hotels aren't great and the public transport verges on awful, however the skiing and nightlife more than makes up for this. The skiing is, frankly, the best in Europe, kicks the*** out off Val de Sloane Square, Tignes, Courchavelle, Meribelle, Flaine, Avoriaz, Chamonix and everywhere else I’ve skied. The night life is also amazing, head to Farinet for apres ski then stagger to Mont Fort followed by the short crawl to Cas bar or Tara's (but don’t get there before…

Pretty little town, lots of friendly Dutch and English people. We stayed at the Alpenhof, run by Crystal, the hotel was not very Austrian, but could not fault the staff, they were always very friendly and helpful. Not the best resort for "learn to ski", the nursery slopes at the bottom are fine, but change a bit too dramatically once at the top! (As some of the beginners in our family found).
