Latest ski resort reviews

2 Alpes is a really great ski resort for families, beginnners and intermediatels. i stayed with my 2 children and whilst they were in the ski school (it was their first time) I could go and have fun. there were lots of really good restaurants and shops so even after a hard day ski-ing you could relax. the kids really enjoyed going swimming in the open air pool and ice skating too. Overall its a great resort for everyone.

We stayed at the Hotel Post January 6-13th 2007. It was comfortable, very convenient and extremely friendly. Snow was poor but the slopes were skiing fairly well in the main beginner area.The Reds ski school was first class. The mountain restaurants were all very good, and prices generally were reasonable. Scheffau is a very different type of Austrian Ski Holiday. Far from the large towns and bars Scheffau is a village that is still Austrian. The main village is located about a mile from the lifts, however the free ski bus runs often and is free. The lift system is great with people staying locally getting a VIP pass allwing them to get on the gondalas quicker.
