Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser reviews

Scheffau is a very different type of Austrian Ski Holiday. Far from the large towns and bars Scheffau is a village that is still Austrian. The main village is located about a mile from the lifts, however the free ski bus runs often and is free. The lift system is great with people staying locally getting a VIP pass allwing them to get on the gondalas quicker. The skiing is varied and allows the skiier the choice of a wide variety of runs, all brilliantly kept up by the resort. The Apres Ski is limited to a series of home run bars and a small Austrian pub in the main village. Other activities, well worth doing, are avalible locally.
