Very pleasant resort with relatively easy access to slopes. the slopes for the experienced skier can be limited but for families or those wishing to learn it is an ideal place. great for mixed ability group. we used the wilder kaiser ski school, which was excellent! very positive, keen, progressive instructors and particularly good with our fast teenagers! all in all a good value resort with great tutition.

In order to increase your skiing pleasure, the Schneewinkel ski area consisting of ( St. Johann in Tirol, Oberndorf, Kirchdorf, Erpfendorf, Fieberbrunn, St. Ulrich-Hochfilzen, Waidring-Steinplatte, and Reit im Winkl) have combined together, so that from the 3 day lift pass and at no extra cost, guests can use all 58 ski lifts and 176kms of ski runs.
