Kronplatz is a hidden gem as far as the UK market is concerned. It's not a massive area but there is certainly enough to keep most people entertained for a week, and the more adventurous have always got the option of visiting Alta Badia, via the link, for an away day. I went to Chamonix for the skiing and wasn't disappointed. Fabulous pistes - unsurpassed views - breathtaking glaciers. We had fresh snow and blues skies. Getting between areas needs planning - but I went to Chamonix in the half-term week and although it was busy I had no problems with queues. Lifts are dated but they still get you up the mountain. Wij zijn hier begin februari geweest. Heel veel sneeuw! De pistes zijn meestal goed geprepareerd. Fugen kent een gevarieerd skigebied. Er zijn heel veel off piste mogelijkheden. Je moet dan wel naar Hochfügen. (Bijna) geen wachttijden voor de liften. Fugen is relaxt en geweldig voor gezinnen. Centrum is wel klein. Als je voor de apres-ski gaat moet je hier niet heen gaan.
