The skiing in Seefeld is quite good & we were lucky to have some snow whilst we were there as it had been quite scarce up until we went. It's good enough for an intermediate/advanced skiier like myself with some relatively good red & blue runs to keep you occupied & its has a decent nursery slope close to the centre of town for the beginners. I stayed on the Rosshutte but there is another ski area called the Gschwandkopf. I found there to be liitle queueing & in general a friendly atmosphere on the slopes. I cant say as I have ever had a bad skiing holiday, so I will never criticise any of the resorts I visit, after all, the holiday is what you make it to be. Seefeld is a qua

Seefeld is a beutiful village, especially in the winter. Seefeld is the perfect place for cross country skiing. The village is great with many hotels, restaurants and bars. The down hill skiing is restricted but enough for a weeks skiing of the average ability. It is perfect for beginners and and children of all ages can have the time of their life on the next to town lower hills, or skating, swimming and tobogganing. The walkways in the lower hills are kept in good condition and the mountains and hills are covered by many lovely inns and bars. We come back year after year.

Excellent family resort. skiing limited for advanced but superb for the rest of us! ski school excellent, friendly, relaxed and fun. three main areas to ski all accessible from the village in minutes. good family bars with good food, particularly at the bottom of the schrancoff. lots to do for none skiers or on your day off. regular trains into the heart of innsbruck takes only about 20 mins for a great day out. despite its low level (village 1200mtres) our experience of snow has been faultless, we have visited every year for the past 10 years and never seen a green field!
