Erg leuk gebied. 10 t/m 19 maart geweest, toen was er net erg veel verse sneeuw gevallen, daardoor waren de pistes super. Aan het eind van de week werden enkele lager gelegen pistes iets minder van kwaliteit, maar dat is overal zo. De pistes boven 2000m (en dat zijn er ook genoeg) bleven van goede kwaliteit. Excellent beginners and children area (lifts for beginners free) Good resort can ski over to Vars (intermediate or above only) Vars is not as nice as Risoul and you will want to come back. Lacks mountain Cafes but the atmosphere in the resort is Very Good. The Cherin bar is well worth a visit. Lots of the accommodation is ski in/out which is a great plus. Nice friendly village, good for families and couples. Good selection of runs. When we stayed the snow was average and rained a few days so some of the snow melted and a lot of the runs got all muddy and cruel on our skis. British Ski School was the best ski school the kids have ever used - totally excellent. There is a selection of nice restaurants but definitely avoid 'Le Peau De Vache' where they totally ripped us off - do not go there! Nevertheless we had a good time at Les Gets and…
