Kaltenbach is authenic village in the beautiful Zillertal and part of the skiregion Hochzillertal. The skiregion is perfect for families, beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. We loved Hochzillertal very much and we will return in 2014. ...

Great variety of pistes, and linked to Flauwinkel and Kleinarl. Perfect for families, whether its boarding or ski-ing, theres something at every level, and for every age. Maybe not ideal for beginners, as the standard of ski-ing in the resort is very high, and the runs down to the valley mostly red or black. ...
