Andermatt is a great place for off-pist sking (see Gemstock). There are just a few pists and yopu would get tired off them if you stay in the pists for a week. You could also go to Disentis or Oberalp with the Glacier-express and then you could easily stay in the pists and enjoy your week. But as I said, Andermatt is for the offpist.
