Lovely town located near the Swiss Border , you actually ski half the time in France and half the time in Switzerland . It had'nt snowed for a while but the pistes were still good Great resort for beginners and intermediates , the most challenging run is "the Wall" which is steep with really big moguls . Accomodation was good and the apres livley , especially the Budha Bar . Downside is getting on to the piste from Morzine to Avoriaz takes a while and is easy to miss the last…

Fantastic week skiing, plenty of snow and the pistes were very well cared for. Stayed at the Edelwiss which is a small family run hotel - would not advise staying here if you want to party! They don't like people returning late. The Pavillion is great for Apres-Ski as soon as you get off the mountain but the Londoner still has the best atmosphere.
