Canazei is een heerlijke plaats. Leuke winkels en restaurantjes en - voor een dergelijk dorp - een prachtig skigebied. De pistes zijn goed bereikbaar. Het kan echter wel druk zijn bij de liften en bussen. De apres-ski is vrij gematigd, 's avonds is het ronduit stil op straat. De mensen zijn vriendelijk. Canazei is vooral ook prijstechnisch heel aantrekkelijk. Een echte aanrader!

Have never skied in Italy before and found Itto be as picturesque as Austria but with the height of many of the French resorts. The locals were very friendly and going with three young children this made eating out a lot less stressfull. Our 6 and 8 year old did ski school which initially caused tears each morning but by the last day they decided that Elena was the best thing since sliced bread. They had never skied before but by day three they had progressed to the main ski area at the top of the Belvedere and were coming down on reds. We didn't find any real issues with the lift queues as we tended to get to them by about 10ish, by which time all the keen die hard skiers were on their 3rd
