Most of the runs were suitable for intermediate skiers. Very few runs for advanced skiers, and the choice for beginners got a bit repetitive after a few days. Needs more lifts as there were frequently long queues especially on the gondola and the more popular button lifts - but I am told that there are big plans to upgrade the system in future. Excellent night life though, except for the beggers and stray dogs constantly perstering you. Borovets is getting more and more expensive nowadays. I'm not sure whether the resort is still competetive with other resorts in Eastern Europe.
