Zauchensee reviews

Lovely area with runs to suit everyone from beginners to experts. Great choice of amazing traditional mountain restaurants and the staff everywhere are very friendly. Be aware that this isn’t a well known ski area to the British meaning English isn’t spoken everywhere so learn some German before you go (it’s only polite to do that anyway). Ski hire is cheaper in the local towns, but more convenient if you plan to stay skiing in Zauchensee as you can leave your skis up there.
