Murren reviews

I love returning to Mürren. The village is small, friendly and traffic-, the views are breathtaking and I thoroughly enjoy skiing there. Above Berg and the Engetal there is always good snow and by skiing to the bottom of the Almendhubel funicular in the village one can link from one end to the other without any walking. There are few lifts serving a wide variety of routes down the mountains and only in very few places has the natural bumpy mountain terrain been manufactured to cater for quantities of skiers; so the routes are varied, interesting and often testing ones skiing ability.
