The local ski area covers the resort of Marilleva (probably the ugliest ski station I've encountered). The skiing area can be greatly increased by buying the extended Madonna pass or the Bretna Skirama lift pass. I would describe the skiing as on the easy side of intermediate with little in the way of real challenge. The area suffers from a couple of bottle necks and old 2 man chairlifts. One of the bottlenecks is the main lift out of Marilleva and then the chair up to Monte Vigo. it is also at this point where the link to Madonna requires either an overcrowded red run or chairlift decent to join the connecting lift.
