One of the best ski resorts a`ve been visited so far. The conditions were great especially because this season had very little snow at the European resorts. The pistes are long and well made ski-lifts super fast with leather seats and wind blockers. Price is reasonable considered the 210km of ski area! Everything is well organised

Alpine charm No negative aspects!

this is a very cool resort to stay. It got loads of wide and long slopes to enjoy a week or even more.

Adelboden village is the typical beautiful Swiss unspoilt village. Stunning views over the valley and full of snow covered trees. The actual ski area is slightly away from the Adelboden village but you are taken there by a awesome ride over the simply perfect Swiss scenery in a very nice four man gondler system. The actual area is awash with chair lifts which is great for a boarder like myself. I would expect Adelboden is a great and interesting place for skiers. Also, there are lots of places to go off-piste and not be too worried. There are runs through the trees and shortcuts everywhere. If you haven't gone off-piste, good place to try it out.

Gezellig dorp, typisch Zwitsers.

I've been going to Adelboden for a few years. We always went late January/early February, and even got to see the World Cup. I believe it's an amazing place, not only are there plenty of runs, but it is also rather unknown. There's rarely any waiting time at all, and the people you meet going down the slopes are mostly very friendly and terribly helpful. Maybe they are not so patient for ignorance and rudeness (That's for my mate Colm!) but that's because of how polite they are themselves. I must say we also use Jeka. They're great, and any little problem we had was quickly solved. The runs are wide and the snow was always great. I must say, though, that it is not a resort for experience ski
