Ortisei reviews

Charming skiresort in the Gardena Valley close to Selva. The Seceda, one of the two skiareas of Ortisei, connects the resort by means of an underground with Selva. From there on you are in the centre of the Sella Ronda circuit. That is, as long as the weather is alright. Be careful with strong winds: the circuit will be shut down. On a sunny day you might want to visit Ortisei\'s other skiarea Alpe di Siusi. A panoramic bowl with lots of easy blues and reds. The downside of the bowl is that you can\'t ski down to Ortisei. I think the Gardena valley is an excellent alternative for the overcrowded skiresorts in Austria and France.
