Snow sure ski resorts

Skiweather.eu

The ranking of snow-sure ski resorts is determined by various factors including the average snow depth on both lower and upper slopes (in centimeters), the standard deviation of snow depth on upper slopes, the percentage of days with snow depth exceeding 150cm, as well as the minimum and maximum temperatures (in degrees Celsius) recorded during the main ski season (from week 52 to week 10) over the past decade.

What is the minimum snow depth on the mountain you'd prefer.

In our investigation into snow-reliable ski resorts, we meticulously scored over 1,500 ski resorts based on key metrics: weekly averages of snow depth in the valleys (lower slopes), snow depth at higher altitudes, precipitation in the valleys, minimum temperature, and maximum temperature. These scores were nuanced by considering factors such as variance and outlier occurrences within these dimensions. This rigorous evaluation was conducted on a weekly basis throughout the primary ski season, spanning from week 52 to week 10, over the course of the last decade. More on this research...
