Alpe Lusia-San Pellegrino- Falcade together is a medium sized ski resort. This area is really good for intermediate and beginner skiiers. There are a few good black runs too. There are many wide and scenic slopes that was a pleasure to ski. No real bottlenecks at the lifts even though we visited when the resort was completely full. The ski school is good and lots of activities for kids and beginners. A few good bars and restaurant at the base and on the mountains. There was excellent ...

Argentiere, along with its neighbouring Chamonix Valley ski resorts, is best suited to progressive intermediate and advanced-ability skiers and snowboarders, and is a magnet for expert freeriders. I really recommend this resort, it’s a top resort. There are some really long runs, there’s the longest black in Europe which I think is about 16km. It’s a very good ski area and ideal for all round skiing, there is something for all levels. We are intermediate to advanced but we had some people with us who were skiing for only the second time. They improved a lot while they were there. It’s a great resort for learning, and it’s good for children, it ...

I can’t fault La Plagne, the ski area is fantastic and there are loads of blue and reds. I don’t think there are any greens but we were all sort of intermediate level skiers and it was brilliant for us. We skied loads the first week, went back the next year to ski more and will go back to ski the rest, it’s such a massive ski area I really can’t knock it! The town is quiet and more family orientated which is exactly what we wanted, I especially like the Belle ...
