3 resorts, spread across the length of a valley has pros and cons - variety, a change in scenery, but also provide for some issues remaining in contact with group members, and also dilutes the atmosphere a little. Plenty of varied terrain, with enough of the hard stuff, mixed in with easier cruisers, to suit most recreational types, and those seeking more of a thrill ride. A couple of decent terrain parks for the boarders. A solid family place for sure, and enough mountain not to become bored (or possibly even see it all). What it does provide in quantity other than area, is absolutely stunning views of the Alps, with Switzerland, Italy and Germany in sight. Phenominal! A varied nightlife in

Het is een super gebied, we gaan volgend jaar weer. Voor kinderen is het echt geweldig, alleen de apres ski in Fiss is wel een beetje jammer,je kunt natuurlijk niet alles hebben. Kortom een echte aanrader voor iedereen!!!

We went to Serfaus in March 2007. The village was ok aesthetically but the skiing is not that good. It's quite low and the slopes get a lot of Sun so the snow deteriorates fast. Most of the slopes are for intermediates although there's an ok amount of lift served off piste but it gets tracked out super fast. The dump we had on day 3 was tracked by day 3 and a half. If you're used to steep off piste then Pezid is the best lift served there is and it's not that steep. A 25 min hike will get you to some steep couloirs but with the action of the sun, beware of slides in the afternoon. Serfaus is top, er zijn maar weinig betere wintersport plaatsen! Het is autovrij, sneeuwzeker door de hoogte, de restaurants in het dorp en op de piste zijn goed en ook de apresski is prima. Ook over de pistes niets dan lof, ze zijn gevarieerd en worden goed bijgehouden. Een klein nadeel is dat het wat druk is in het grote vakanties waardoor er moet worden gewacht bij de trein...
