Ive been coming here for years. Never fails to impress. Lech-Zurs is probably the best destination for off-piste and free-nature skiing in Europe. Make sure you do the Weisse Ring. Will be interesting when Warth is connected in 2013/2014.

Lech is one of the most charming skiresorts I have ever been. It offers world class skiing opportunities from beginners to * off-piste cracks. One of the most positive aspects, besides being very snow sure, is that the slopes are not over-crowded like in neighbouring Sankt Anton. In the winter 2013-2014 the new connection to Schrocken-Warth will open up new challenges.

Located at an altitude of 1,450 meters, Lech is a cozy, relaxed, high-class village that provides contemporary comforts without detracting from its commitment to tradition. In addition to the full 110 kilometers of trails within its boundaries, Lech is surrounded by 180 kilometers of off-trail skiing possibilities. Lech is designed primarily for intermediates. In addition to venturing off-trail, experts can travel to St. Anton and ZA

Great place to enjoy casual skiing and true Alpine atmosphere. Lots of accommodation types - I always stay at Pension Sabine because of its location and ambiance. Working on my 10 year pin ... soon come!
Guess that sums up how much I enjoy the area and look forward to my yearly vacation in the Vorarlberg.

Lech is a beautiful resort which has great facilities for kids, lots of blue runs for intermediates, and also has some challenging ski routes ***ping off Rüfikopf. The slopes at Lech are rarely crowded and for an early morning skier, like myself, you often have the entire run to yourself.
While the nightlife at Lech is quiet, the cafes and restaurants are great and you'll want an early night to enjoy the mountains in any case.

Expensive resort No waiting at the lifts
