La Tania is located between Courchevel and Meribel and is a fantastic location from which to explore the whole 3 Valleys system. We regularly ski to Val Thorens and Orelle, the 4th Valley and back in a day. With snow cannons down to resort you can always ski back and the new green run has been improved this winter making it more beginner-friendly. The Off-piste above the town is amazing and hardly skiied. There are few queues (unless you hit the gondola at 9.15 exactly when the ski schools go up)and the gondola and chair lift whisk you up to the top from where you can ski down to Courchevel or Meribel. The resort itself is traffic free and has several good pubs, wine bars and resturants.

The best ski resort that i have stayed in so far. it has excellent ski slopes, snow parks and ski clubs for children. it is situated near courchevel so you can easily catch one chair up and then you can ski the same slopes you can ski at courchevel without paying all the extra cost for accomodation that you would have to pay if you were staying in courchevel. la tania may not have as many shops and pubs as there are in courchevel but there is still plenty to do and there is a reasonably good night life. la tania is a cheaper than staying in courchevel and it offers you nearly all of the same facilities. i would recommend any to stay here we had a great time.
