Fugen (and Hochfugen) has it all! It is located opposite the main slopes. The slopes are varied, wide and have beautiful scenery. The intermediate skier will particularly enjoy this resort and there are 2 snow parks for the snowboarders. Fugen has a very friendly atmosphere and is therefore very suitable for young and active parents. Apes ski is not too bad either. The resort is very popular with the Dutch.

Wonderful conditions at Fügen/Spieljoch, superb hospitality with a personal touch. Great place with good variety. Not too busy. The Spieljoch gondola takes you up to the top where you can stay all day, or do the longest valley return run in the Zillertal (a 7km red) which takes you all the way back to the village. Restaurant at the gondola middle station in recommended. Ski-pass covers the whole valley, so like wilco says, you can try out Zell, Mayrhofen, Hintertux (glacier open all year) for something different. Please don't go as we wish this to be a well kept secret

Alpine charm No negative aspects!

Fugen is a very good and relaxed resort. If you are looking for a place to stay with a friendly atmophere then this is the place. If you want powder go to Zell am Ziller. If the weather is too warm go to Hintertux glacier. If you want to ride the park and pipe take a ride to Mayerhofen and if you want to stress go to France!
