Reviews

One of the biggest skiarenas in Europe. The top of Europe elevation wise anyway. Val Thorens is located at 2450m and offers the best snow conditions in the Alps. The skiseason starts in November and ends in May. Because of the skiconditions and the number of slopes Val Thorens is a very popular destination. Especially with the Dutch and Scandinavians. It can be very crowded her. The lift system is equipped to accommodate these amounts, but sometimes the slopes back to Val Thorens are worn because of the number of skiers. Apres ski in Val thorens is not very big, as opposed to the nightlife.
